Ranip Bus Stand is located in the North-West zone of Ahmedabad city in the Indian state of Gujarat. Ranip is a well-known place in Ahmedabad. Sabarmati Central Jail, RTO Office, Jail Staff Training Center and the GSRTC Bus Terminal are located in the Ranip area. After the development of the ring road, Ranip becomes a part of Ahmedabad city.

A state of the art multi-utility, multi-facility Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation bus terminus at Ranip, Ahmedabad, promises to change the life of commuters who travel daily and wait for the buses. This new high-class facility bus terminus of GSRTC - Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation will be inaugurated in the Ranip area on 27 March 2016.

This Ranip bus terminus builds at the end of the ring road near the RTO circle which is right opposite to Ranip BRTS bus stand and metro station. This high-class building will sport a seven-screen theatre, gym, dormitory, Gaming zone, retail outlets like D-mart, Reliance Trends, Reliance Digital, Zudio, and much more.

After completion of the metro rail project, The Ranip bus terminus gives more connectivity to nearby suburbs. Other features of this new GSRTC Ranip bus terminus includes special counters for traveller which includes a traveller's kit which includes a towel and toiletries that will be available at a nominal charge. In future, the state government plans to build up the Kalupur terminal by adding more features for more easy commuters after the complete development of the Ranip bus terminus.

This large multi amenities complex was built by keeping in mind the residential area that has come up at the weekends. We want this place to become a cultural and entertainment zone, say senior GSRTC official. There are modern and multi-facility rest areas for travellers and rest areas for women also.
